Traditional dances in Africa

There are several kinds of traditional African dances. These dances all have a different geographic, historical and social context. They serve to express each stage in the life of an African man. They are practiced by men, women or even children. Traditionally, these dances are performed at weddings, parties, etc.

They are a means of expression that is to say, they serve to express emotions because the whole body is aroused. So it takes a lot of energy. Discover some traditional African dances :
